A written notification of cancellation
must be received from participants before a refund can
be issued. A processing fee will be deducted from the
amount of all charges such as for Regular /

Tea Ceremony & Kimono Wearing, Banquet according to the

identifiable information (personal information) will
be collected via this form only when you make the registration
for this congress (hereinafter the "Congress").
Without an applicant's consent, we will not use such information
for the purposes other than operating and managing the Congress,
preparing the participants' list to be distributed to the congress
delegates, responding to inquiries from applicants for the Congress,
offering the congress information to the applicants, except for the
personal information collected in connection with other websites.
For smooth operation of the Congress, we are entrusting the operation
of collecting, storing, managing and handling personal information
regarding the Congress to the following company who act as the Registration
Office under a confidentiality agreement.
